Having close to 20 years of experience, these are being used to help reduce the cost of care, improve outcomes and become the basis for data driven management. In addition, iCentrix has developed an I/DD electronic medical record that covers roughly 13,000 lives and is marketed in selective states.

 

Position Summary:

The Director of Sales will be focused on understanding total market opportunity, identifying potential clients, developing relationships, driving the sales process, and closing new business. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, a proven sales track record of success in Behavioral Health solution sales as well as having the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full sales cycle including prospect identification, qualification, demo & close

  • Exceed quota on a quarterly and annual basis

  • Continuously build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline – lead generation (including extensive cold calling) required while also pursuing and managing trade show activity.

  • Collaboratively work with Systems Consultants to design, plan, and implement a quality and needs-driven sales demonstration program (to include determining sales/demo objectives to meet internal and external requirements)

  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers in a team selling environment

  • Attend key trade shows in your region along with building relationships with current customers and key influencers in behavioral health to drive overall market penetration.

  • Maintain detailed notes on deal progress using Sage ACT!

  • Communicate effectively with C-level prospects and customers.

 

 

Requirements

 

The successful candidate should have excellent phone and email skills, have a good ability to understand the software solution, record the activity in our CRM, manage a pipeline and work with the iCentrix team to close business.

Education and Qualifications

  • College degree with a business background.

  • 5-8+ years sales experience.

  • Experience in Behavioral Health or Healthcare software sales.

  • Experience with contact management software.

  • Computer proficiency specifically with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven track record of achievement.

  • Work as a member of our team.
