Steve has over 30 years of experience managing the development of software applications in a variety of disciplines, including data warehouse, business intelligence systems development, management information systems, decision support software, and systems software such as compilers and operating systems. He has spearheaded our business intelligence/data warehouse and KPI Analytics programs in the area of behavioral/developmental health and has led over 75+ data warehouse and business intelligence systems developments for behavioral health providers.
He has extensive experience with domain analysis and requirements analysis methodologies, including Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) methodologies (OMT, UML). He led a team of 12 senior engineers in the development of a patented object modeling, analysis and design and visual programming environment. He has extensive experience applying this methodology in the development of numerous mission-critical management information systems. These experiences provide him with significant skills in leading behavioral health management teams throughout the development and deployment process.

Alex has 27 years’ experience in the software industry including programming, design, analysis, implementation and management of mission critical systems and projects. His extensive experience includes building scientific applications for R&D use, radio frequency applications for the logistics industry, eCommerce applications for online merchants, content and information management solutions for Fortune 500 companies and database management systems for non-profits. Most recently he has been specializing in helping Behavioral Health and IDD services provider’s transition from the use of paper documents to secure electronic health records (EHR) as well as implementing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting systems. Alex's mission is to transform paper based information into actionable electronic data and help information consumers make decisions.
As a lead EHR architect, he has worked closely with customers and engineering in design and production of iCentrix leading IDD EHR solutions that have been widely and successfully deployed.His work includes responsibility for definition and delivery of EHR and KPI solutions throughout client life cycle including pre-sales alignment, post-delivery enhancements, consulting and support. Michael has 28 years of software development experience in various technical disciplines including data warehouse development, business intelligence systems, database applications, decision support applications, web-based applications, internet commerce applications, order management, inventory systems and operating systems.
Michael’s experience includes working with Microsoft Business Intelligence technologies since 2000, including major new BI generations in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), as well as various iterations of Analysis Services and related technologies and Power BI. Michael's expertise in database management systems, business intelligence and OLAP technology has been instrumental in making iCentrix a national, industry leader in Data Warehouse/Dashboards/Analytics for Behavioral Health providers.
