"New Ways to Win - What it takes to become Data Driven"

Updated: Jun 23

(A video presentation from an iCentrix customer.)

This presentation is from a Behavioral Health finance executive who discusses the success they have had in implementing and using an analytics platform "to win" in a post COVID-19 environment.

Jonathan Brown, Controller for Crossroads Health in Ohio shares his insights in this video presentation as to how the line staff are asked "what is helping you win?" and "what is getting in your way?" Hear how they are emulating success and removing roadblocks for staff to win!

Scripts are also discussed in terms of their staff shifting from ad lib conversations to scripted ones which helped to ramp up tele-health appointments to the point of exceeding past revenue performance over the previous year in a post-COVID environment!

Jonathan also discusses the idea of utilizing control charts as a way to find statistically significant problems and correcting them as they occur. Event triggers in their dashboards automatically notify the stakeholder(s) of both positive and negative changes and the degree of their severity. Having management huddles on a Thursday instead of a Monday or a Friday enables them to review performance for prior week's business through Wednesday using staff alerts as their conversation focus points.

For anyone contemplating implementing an analytics platform or, are looking for new ways to kick start your current efforts, this video will highlight some of the successes Crossroads Health is enjoying. Their collaboration with the iCentrix Analytics team has been a good one and, we encourage you to call or email if you would like to discuss how we might help you.
