Scripts are also discussed in terms of their staff shifting from ad lib conversations to scripted ones which helped to ramp up tele-health appointments to the point of exceeding past revenue performance over the previous year in a post-COVID environment!
Jonathan also discusses the idea of utilizing control charts as a way to find statistically significant problems and correcting them as they occur. Event triggers in their dashboards automatically notify the stakeholder(s) of both positive and negative changes and the degree of their severity. Having management huddles on a Thursday instead of a Monday or a Friday enables them to review performance for prior week's business through Wednesday using staff alerts as their conversation focus points.
